Aquaterra shine in Singapore
Aquaterra Energy attended the Offshore South East Asia (OSEA) exhibition in Singapore from 2-5 December. Held every two years, OSEA is an international event that brings together industry professionals to discuss the Asian oil and gas industry.
It was the 17th OSEA exhibition to take place, but a first for Aquaterra Energy who were established in 2005.
Based on the Great Yarmouth Marketing Initiative (GYMI) stand with four other companies from East Anglia, Aquaterra took the opportunity to look for new business opportunities in the South East Asia market and to present themselves as a major player in the offshore industry.
Brett Ward, Sales & Marketing Manager at Aquaterra Energy said, “Aquaterra have quickly become an influential supplier of products and services to the oil and gas industry and OSEA was a great opportunity to introduce ourselves on an international scale.”
Brett had the opportunity to speak with John Westwood, Chairman of Douglas-Westwood Ltd about the importance of investment and utilisation of existing fields and assets.
The GYMI group attended a reception hosted by His Excellency Mr Paul Madden, the British high Commissioner at his residence. Welcoming the UK Group to Singapore, Mr Madden gave special mention to the Great Yarmouth delegation.
