Aquaterra Energy Report Excellent Customer Feedback Figures
Aquaterra Energy have set out a number of factors that are critical to our success, the principle one being customer perception of performance. Therefore, we seek to collect information related to this by way of feedback. The key areas that we believe to be worthy of the highest level of focus is:
- Technical competence.
- Value.
- Product/Service suitability.
- Reliability.
- Professionalism.
Aquaterra set a target of seven out of ten as being representative of a high quality of service. The results from the survey showed Aquaterra to exceed their targets in all areas and in some a significant increase was seen.
Comments from customers included: "Overall impression of Aquaterra was very positive", "An excellent job", "Superior product and excellent service"
George Morrison, Managing Director states, "Aquaterra place a great deal of focus on quality in terms of product and service levels which we are pleased to see has been translated into a high level of customer satisfaction".
Doug Lawrie, Quality Manager says " Clearly, the manner in which we have achieved these results is pleasing and entirely in tune with the principles of ISO 9001:2000. We will use this on-going exercise as a means of identifying further opportunities in an effort to continually raise the standard of performance over the coming months".
